Now it’s time to contact the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the keys to your new home! During this visit, you'll also need to pay your deposit and provide a copy of your ID(s), proof of rental insurance, and verification of utilities. Finally, be sure to sign your move-in condition form 48 hours after your move-in to complete your move-in experience. P.S. – don't forget to forward your mail to your new home!
Let’s get you renewed! Approximately 120 days before your lease expiration, you will receive a “pre-renewal” survey to complete. The information you provide here will help us better understand your living experience and make any necessary improvements for all of our residents’ living experience. A minimum of 65 days prior to your lease expiration, you will receive notification from our leasing office on your renewal options. For your convenience, this notice will be placed right outside your front door to make sure you don’t miss it.

Heritage place is truly a place to call home. It’s extremely quiet and everyone is so very friendly! The price compared to the luxury in Franklin ,TN ( the 8th best place to live in the United States by US World reports) is one you don’t want to miss out on!! And if you're looking for a good school district! FFSD, Franklin specialty schools district, has been one of the best attributes of living here! I’m beyond happy with the staff, grounds, people, and amenities.
