Now it’s time to contact the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the keys to your new home! During this visit, you'll also need to pay your deposit and provide a copy of your ID(s), proof of rental insurance, and verification of utilities. Finally, be sure to sign your move-in condition form 48 hours after your move-in to complete your move-in experience. P.S. – don't forget to forward your mail to your new home!
Let’s get you renewed! Approximately 120 days before your lease expiration, you will receive a “pre-renewal” survey to complete. The information you provide here will help us better understand your living experience and make any necessary improvements for all of our residents’ living experience. A minimum of 65 days prior to your lease expiration, you will receive notification from our leasing office on your renewal options. For your convenience, this notice will be placed right outside your front door to make sure you don’t miss it.
We understand that moving out is a part of life. Whether that’s because of a job relocation, home purchase, or another life change, we are still sad to see you go. The maintenance technician (Jason) came and fixed all the items in my work request in a timely manor. He also explained everything he was doing as each item was being worked on . He was super nice and got everything done thank you again!

I have lived at Avery Point for nearly 9 years. Lacy and the rest of the office staff are very quick in resolving any issues I have with my apartment, which there have been very few. The maintenance staff is usually able to resolve any concerns within 24 hours, unless it was a major repair. Overall, I would definitely recommend living in this neighborhood.
