  Picking Your Home

  Once you find your perfect floor plan^*, select “Lease Now” or “Check for Availability” to be directed to the next step in your leasing journey. Choose available locations, move-in dates, and leasing terms that work best for your needs. Once you’ve selected the location and terms that work for you, it’s time to apply and get yourself one step closer to packing up and moving in!

  Preparing for Move‑In

  Now it’s time to contact the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the keys to your new home! During this visit, you'll also need to pay your deposit and provide a copy of your ID(s), proof of rental insurance, and verification of utilities. Finally, be sure to sign your move-in condition form 48 hours after your move-in to complete your move-in experience. P.S. – don't forget to forward your mail to your new home!

  It's Time to Renew!

  Let’s get you renewed! Approximately 120 days before your lease expiration, you will receive a “pre-renewal” survey to complete. The information you provide here will help us better understand your living experience and make any necessary improvements for all of our residents’ living experience. A minimum of 65 days prior to your lease expiration, you will receive notification from our leasing office on your renewal options. For your convenience, this notice will be placed right outside your front door to make sure you don’t miss it.
