Now it’s time to contact the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the keys to your new home! During this visit, you'll also need to pay your deposit and provide a copy of your ID(s), proof of rental insurance, and verification of utilities. Finally, be sure to sign your move-in condition form 48 hours after your move-in to complete your move-in experience. P.S. – don't forget to forward your mail to your new home!
Let’s get you renewed! Approximately 120 days before your lease expiration, you will receive a “pre-renewal” survey to complete. The information you provide here will help us better understand your living experience and make any necessary improvements for all of our residents’ living experience. A minimum of 65 days prior to your lease expiration, you will receive notification from our leasing office on your renewal options. For your convenience, this notice will be placed right outside your front door to make sure you don’t miss it.

My fiancé and I have lived here since March 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about Stoneridge Farms. All of our neighbors are very pleasant and friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing and all issues are handled quickly and professionally. The staff have handled the Covid 19 pandemic well and implemented policies so that amenities can still be enjoyed safely. They have also held a variety of virtual resident events this year that have been a blast to participate in. We highly recommended this community to anyone looking 😀
First time back in an apartment in over 30 years. The staff is so nice and patient while I am trying to settle in. Can't say enough about Dana and Lori. I would not have had such an easy time moving in without them. Love the dog park. The apartment is very nice, the grounds are kept up nicely.
Hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in. Been here 4 years and just renewed for a 5th. Both the maintenance crew and management are highly responsive and qualified. The management has always been very fair and takes any complaint (noise, parking, litter, etc) very seriously, always dealing with it promptly. The apartments themselves are very well cared for and fairly priced. And you can't beat the location!
