Spring has sprung and it’s time to up your patio game. So let’s get outside and try one (or five) of these ideas to make your patio a cozy, inviting outdoor space, as individual as you are.

Flower power. Whether it’s potted flowers or beautiful pattern on your patio furniture, nothing says spring like flowers.

Opt for weather-friendly faux finishes. April showers bring May flowers…and can ruin your outdoor patio furniture. Try this patio table that looks like weathered wood, but is actually a lightweight metal.

Fruit trees. Just because you don’t have a yard doesn’t mean you can’t grow your own fruit! Your friends and family will be s-peach-less when you serve them something you grew yourself. Lemon, pears and apricot trees are easy to grow in pots and can be found at your local Home Depot at affordable prices.

Add mix-and-match planters. Why not update your planters and be sure to mix and match colors, shapes and sizes. The idea is to keep them in the same general style or color family for a cohesive look.

Revive that old furniture. Is your old set looking tired and old? Why not grab a paint brush and gallon of paint and refresh it? Add some new outdoor pillows and you have instantly new furniture, at a fraction of the cost.
