Assistant Managers are master jugglers! From interacting with residents to working on financial reports, your role is a valuable one to everyone on the team. You are responsible for taking care of the community’s finances and work closely with the leasing team, renewals, move-ins, and move outs. One of the highlights of your job is chatting with your residents to provide much needed clarification and understanding of their leases. Like other roles, residents are always a top priority and you have a knack for solving problems and keeping people happy. You’re also part of a close-knit family in your office. Whether it’s spending time laughing together over lunch, working in the office, or identifying ways to improve the community’s operations, your team works together to make the community feel more like home.
Shhh, don’t tell anyone, but this is the best job of all. Leasing Consultants are our customer service Extraordinaires! Every day you get to help people find their perfect home and respond to the needs and requests of your current residents, all while creating amazing experiences for both. You are passionate about understanding your future resident’s needs and assisting them on their journey to their new home. Once they’ve said “yes” to moving-in, you go out of your way to make sure they are comfortable and prepared to make their transition into their new home. Residents are your top priority, but you still have a great time learning, growing, and having fun with your fellow associates.
Maintenance Supervisors are our best kept secret to keeping communities looking their best and you’re always up for a challenge to make sure yours is in tip-top shape. From your vendor partner relationships, to managing projects and work orders, your role requires you to manage getting work orders complete with resident satisfaction and providing really awesome customer service. You’re respectful of your residents and their homes, making them feel comfortable while protecting their privacy. Your residents love to see you, they know you by name and appreciate that you’re going to address their maintenance requests timely and efficiently. But all work and no play make for a dull day! Your team loves to laugh with each other, make up nicknames, and support each other the best you can. You value your work because of the residents you serve, the coworkers on your team, and the good times you have.
Secretly, the rest of your team knows Maintenance Technicians have the most important role. You are the ones who are skilled at fixing common maintenance problems and keeping the community in great condition for your residents. You are responsible for repairs and the general up-keep of the community and have an appreciation for the variety of work you do – there’s never a dull moment. You get excited with the challenge of learning to troubleshoot new problems and solving them with your team. Spending time with one another means collaborating together to create a great working environment. Maintenance Technicians have a significant impact on the improvement of their residents’ lives, and they make sure the residents love living at their community more and more every day because of them.
